Safety & Fun Rules
Safety is our #1 Priority
Please ensure the following safety instructions are followed:
- A responsible adult must be in attendance and closely supervise all activity while any inflatable or piece of our equipment is in operation. You, the customer, are responsible for providing such supervision during the entire time that our party rental equipment is in your possession, unless SimpliBounce LLC has explicitly agreed to provide this service.
- No food, drink or chewing gum on or around the Inflatable. This will avoid a choking risk and keep the unit clean. (Please note if the Inflatable is collected in a dirty condition, then the person leasing it will incur a cleaning charge of $150).
- Shoes, glasses, jewelry, and badges MUST be removed before using the inflatable to avoid injury to peoples using the equipment and harm to the inflatable.
- No face paints, party poppers, colored streamers, or SILLY STRING to be used either on or near the inflatable. (Please note these products will cause damage to the Inflatable that cannot be repaired).
- Only 1 rider allowed at the top of each slide at any given time, or 2 riders for double lane slides, 6 riders per bounce house or combo unit.
- Children and occupants of similar sizes, weights and ages must be grouped together. Do not overcrowd the inflatable. Avoid large and small children from using the bounce house at the same time.
- No children under the age of 3 are allowed to enter the bounce house.
- SimpliBounce LLC is not responsible for striking or damaging any underground utility lines/devices (included but not limited to electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, etc.). It is lessee’s responsibility to tell SimpliBounce where inflatable are to be set up and have any underground utility lines marked prior too.
- Climbing, hanging, or sitting on walls is dangerous and is strictly prohibited. Hanging on the basketball hoops in certain bounce houses is strictly prohibited. Hanging on the hoop is part of the inflatable and if it is damaged a replacement fee will be incurred by the lessee.
- Ensure children or occupants are not pushing, colliding, wrestling, fighting, performing flips, engaging in rough play, or behaving in a manner likely to injure or cause distress.
- No pets, toys, sharp instruments, or hot objects (cigarettes, BBQ grills) on the inflatable at any time.
- Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step, jump down the slide, climb on the netting as this is dangerous.
- Do not allow anyone to be on the inflatable equipment during inflation or deflation as this is DANGEROUS to the occupants and the rental equipment.
- Please ensure that children are not attempting somersaults and are clothed appropriately and that nothing can fall out of their pockets. Please remove all items from pockets before entering the bounce house.
- Children and occupants must enter the bounce house in dry clothes.
- In the event of an accident such as a child or occupant urinates or vomits in the bounce house, then the bounce house must be evacuated, and the mess must be properly cleaned up immediately.
- If the blower stops working, please ensure all users stop bouncing, get off the inflatable immediately and calmly. Check the fuses and make sure the blower tube or deflation tube has not come undone or something has not blown onto and is obstructing the blower. If the inflatable blower overheats, or loses power, switch the blower off at the mains, then switch it back on again 1 or 2 minutes later, and it should restart. If it does not, inform us immediately we will either bring out a replacement blower if one is available or provide a full or partial refund depending on how long the bounce house was in operation.
Waiver of Liability
Waiver is required to be signed by renting party.
- This rental equipment has been received in good condition and will be returned in the same condition (Ordinary wear and accepted).
- Customer agrees to SimpliBounce’ right to repossess said equipment at any time.
- Customer agrees not to loan, sublet, or otherwise depose of equipment or use it at any other location.
- Customer agrees to pay in full the replacement cost, including labor, for all damages to rental equipment.
- Customer agrees to ensure that all users and supervisors of the rental equipment abide by the Safety & Fun rules.
- Customer agrees to reimburse SimpliBounce LLC for all attorney fees, an amount not less than 50% of all sums due, court cost and expenses incurred by SimpliBounce LLC to enforce collection or to preserve or enforce rights under this contract.
- If the inflatable equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair the renter agrees to pay up to $3000.00 (Three thousand dollars and 0 cents).
- THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. The person or organization renting this equipment from SimpliBounce LLC will be held responsible and liable for any and all damages or injuries occurring for any reason whatsoever. I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that while in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatable and will pay for any loss or damages that may occur.
- OVERNIGHT RENTALS: Lessee understands and acknowledges that the blower is to be removed from the inflatable device and locked up in a secure location overnight.
- Lessee understands and acknowledges that play on an amusement device entails both known and unknown risks including, but not limited to, physical injury from falling, slipping, crashing, or colliding, emotional injury, paralysis, distress, damage, or death to any participant. Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold SimpliBounce LLC harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, costs, expenses, fees, damages and liabilities, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising by reason of injury, damage, or death to persons or property, in connection with or resulting from the use of the leased equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession, use, operation, or return of the equipment. SimpliBounce LLC cannot, under any circumstances, be held liable for injuries as a result of inappropriate use, God, nature, or other conditions beyond its control or knowledge. Lessee also agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SimpliBounce LLC from any loss, damage, theft or destruction of the equipment or lessee’s property including grass, sod, plant vegetation, electrical, phone, gas, and water lines during the term of the lease and any extensions thereof.
Misc Fee's
Only applied if the following aren't adhered to:
Overnight Rentals:
Lessee understands and acknowledges that the blower is to be removed from the Inflatable device and locked up in a secure location overnight. If the blower is lost, damaged or stolen then there is a replacement fee of $400.00.
Inclement Weather:
The bounce house must be safely evacuated and deflated in the event of inclement weather. Lessee agrees to immediately remove the blower from the bounce house in the event of high wind, rain, lightning, thunder, hail and store it in a secure dry area away from the elements of nature. If the blower is damaged there will be a replacement fee of $400.00.
$150 Cleaning Fee Applies if:
The lessee does not follow the rules & safety of the bounce house rental agreement. The bounce house must be returned in the same condition as it arrived. The lessee must clean the following before SimpliBounce picks up the inflatable:
- Urine & Feces
- Vomit & Spit
- Mud, grass clippings and any other yard waste that may have got tracked into the bounce house.
- Party poppers, confetti, balloons, or any other party supplies.
- Water stains from children in bathing suites.
